hanami convention ludwigshafen 2012

last weekend was the hanami convention in ludwigshafen. i'm one of the founder members of this convention but because of my busy job i had to quit my position. last year i couldn't even visit the hanami and this year i was only responsible for my parts like the opening with the opening dance and on sunday the miss and mister hanami competition. beeing absent from the anime and manga scene was so painfull for me. i'm still a huge fan and i missed it so much to be part of a convention.

unfortunately the weather was really rainy and on sunday i also had to work at my regular working place, but i had much fun and i met lot of good old friends. here some pics from my weekend:

i want to visit a con soon again, maybe next month. this year i felt so old :) i'm 32 and most of the visitors are 10 years or more younger than me..... but i still have fun. but i can't stop thinking about an oldschool program for the old ones :)

new nails and some new gets

i'm so sick of this cold and rainy weather. today i walked home from my mothers house and on the half way i steped into a hail- and rainstorm!!!! i was totally wet when i arrived my house -_-' i really hope that we will have nice weather soon!!!

i really need sun and colors - because of that for my current nails i wanted a color explosion nailart with bright colors. christina did her best. she got new glitter colors and i tryed 5 of them + pretty nailsticker from japan. here you can see the result:

 

i love them, especially when the sun is shining. because then the glitter came out perfect.


i also spend a little money in the last weeks, most of them for cosmetics. i really like DIOR cosmetic and i bought a new lip stick and a new eyeshadow pallet.

on the first pic the lipstick color came out little to dark. you can see the real color on this pic. i think this color is perfect for spring. the lipstick have a great texture and it's lasting for a long time.

 

i always wanted a grey and silver eyeshdow box and i searched for a long time. i didn't tryed the box yet. i don't want to destroy the cute flower pattern :)

 

and here my new lancome mascara. my last mascara was lash queen from helena rubinstein. i think this is one of the best mascaras, but i also like lancome products. this time i tryed the hypnose drama water proof mascara. it's completly diffrent as the lash queen. not bad but i think i must learn to use it right. i put to much color on my lashes. but i think it was a good decision to have hypnose again.

and here my new eyeliner. the saleswomen recommended me this brand. it's my first kanebo eyeliner and i really like them. i also must learn a bit how to use it but i think it's not that hard.

btw - some of you read it on facebook. we got a new family member :) my mothers cat gave birth to a cute little baby and andre and i will adopt it. it's 2 days old and so cute. we still don't know the gender but if it's a boy his name will be jamie, and if it's a girl her name will be sookie.

my sons birthday - happy birthday jackie

today is the second birthday of my furball son jackie :) now he is two years old and he is such a pretty cat now. i got him in summer 2010 and he was sooooooooooooooo small. i never thought that he will grow that much and i did not know that his fur will be that long. he is a real furball and we call him in german "flausch-bausch". i love him so much, i never loved a pet that much like him. for me he is my baby and i'm his mama :) and my boyfriend is his papa :) i know i know - strang right? but i love animals and for me my pets are all members of my beloved family.

hanami in germany - japanese sakura trees in schwetzingen

happy easter!!!! today it's the last easter day. my last days were so lazy *hihihi* only eating and sleeping. absolutely perfect, especially for me. at the moment my job is so fucking hard. i'm so stressed and i really needed those free days to get a clear head.

now i finally had time to edit some pics. for this entry i chose the pics of the sakura trees in the castle park schwetzingen. unfortunately during all my trips to japan i've never been there in spring. but in schwetzingen you can get a little impression of those great time. in the park of the the castle is an area full with japanese cherry trees. and two weeks ago we had the perfect weather and nearly all of them started to bloom. it was soooooooooooo nice there. like a sea of pink blossoms :)

we def. want to go to japan next year at the end of march for two weeks. ahhhhhhh i would like to book my flight right now but it's to early. i still have to wait :) this is so hard. i miss japan so much. my homesick is terrible. it's time to go to düsseldorf to cure my homesick a bit :)
