burning nails - my summer nails and some inspirations

like you can see i changed my layout (again). i wasn't really satisfied with the old layout and inspired from my new colorful nails, i changed the whole layout and i really like it. simple but fresh and nice colors. perfect for summer.

my new nails are colorful too ^^ yesterday i had an appointment and i chose a summerish orange/red color gel and gold/blue stones. and we tried a mix technic for some highlight nails. my new stones. i love them. they are so big and the colors are so bright. and i love this design with the golden ring around the stones.  

 

 

we used the light blue stones and i think they fit perfect to the color gel. and here my new nails. my friend jeni said, they look like they are buring :)

 

 

i love colorful nails, and i found some nice inspirations in the last nail max and nail up magazines and in some nail art blogs.

last weekend was the japantag in düsseldorf. sadly i couldn't go there:( but i'm planning to change this and to be there next year for sure!!! i'm kind of envyous :) i really wanted to met so many people there.....

in germany i mostly go to new yorker or h&m. in japan i like brands like egoist, glad news or cecil mcbee.

i think kind of onee-kei, adult style. i don't follow a special style. i'm inspired of japanese fashion and make up but i don't want to copy this. i love styles from magazines like BLENDA, jelly or happy nuts.

meet up with thanh thao in düsseldorf and new nails

last weekend i finally could go to düsseldorf. actually i went there because of business at the fedcon. but i planed to visit the convention on saturday, and so i decided to spend a relaxing friday in düsseldorf with my friend noriko. a trip to düsseldorf is always a trip to little japan. when i'm feeling homesick because of japan a day in düsseldort is like medicine. and i really had a great day!!!! only eating, a bit shopping and meeting nice people.

i spent the most time in the ralax cafe/bar because i love their yaki-niku plate and their macarons (and anything else there) ^^

they have the best macarons on earth!!! my favorite flavours are sesame and pistachio.

i really like it to meet blogger friends. and this time i met the lovely thanh thao from rainy days never stays . i met her, sure where else, in the relax cafe. we talked for hours and we had such a nice afternoon and evening. she is such a kind and sweet young lady. 

she helped me to find some curry and furikake for a friend and we made some purikura :)

 

 

the new machine is much better than the old one. still not really good but better. 

sadly i forgot my photo at home and all the pics in this post are made from thanh thao.after a great dinner we went again back to the relax cafe to had again a dessert.

visiting jeni and tokyo holiday 2013

hey :)

last weekend andre and i visited my dear friend jeni. we know us from blogging and since two years we are in contact, but because of the long distance between our homes we only met us two times in real. so this trip was a half risk :) will we get along with each other when we are two days and nights that close ^^ but to be honest i thought i would be no problem with us. and i was right. it was such a nice trip and we had so much fun together, also my boyfriend. i think he liked it more than me *hihihi* i love city trips and i've never been in dresden. jeni didn't live that far away from dresden, well a perfect chance to visit jeni and dresden :)

 dresden is such a beautiful city. i felt like i made a time travel :)

and also a short info abour our japan holiday plans for next year. today andre and i booked our flight. we will be in japan from the 28th march till the 11th april 2013. it will be my first time in japan during the hanami time. i'm really really looking forward to this holiday and i hope i can meet again all the nice people there. but next time i won't drink makkori!!!! never again :)

hanami convention ludwigshafen 2012

last weekend was the hanami convention in ludwigshafen. i'm one of the founder members of this convention but because of my busy job i had to quit my position. last year i couldn't even visit the hanami and this year i was only responsible for my parts like the opening with the opening dance and on sunday the miss and mister hanami competition. beeing absent from the anime and manga scene was so painfull for me. i'm still a huge fan and i missed it so much to be part of a convention.

unfortunately the weather was really rainy and on sunday i also had to work at my regular working place, but i had much fun and i met lot of good old friends. here some pics from my weekend:

i want to visit a con soon again, maybe next month. this year i felt so old :) i'm 32 and most of the visitors are 10 years or more younger than me..... but i still have fun. but i can't stop thinking about an oldschool program for the old ones :)
