our second day was reserverd for sightseeing only. we bought a ticket for a sightseeing bus tour for the whole day.

this year my mother celebrated  her 60th birthday, and because of this special birthday she got  a special present from her kids - a short trip to london.

she was so happy because this was her big wish and she never been there. i joined her and we had 3 great days in london.

 

 

we stayed in paddington. our hotel was ok, and it was central located. perfect for a short trip :)

we didn' t do much on our first day. only strolling around in paddington, a bit shopping and the best - dinner in a great pub :)

connichi 2012

one of my personal highlights in the year is the anime and manga convention connichi in kassel. this was my 10th connichi i guess. i'm visitin this amazing convention since the beginning and i still love it soooooooooo much. to spend time with my precious friends and my boyfriend there and meeting new people is always so wonderful. i'm always sad when the convention is over :( i'm still a big anime fan and i deeply hope this will never change. this is an important part of my live since i can remember and espeically since i was a little girl of 6 years when i startet to watch sailor moon, dragon ball and my beloved saint seiya on france television. one of the most impressing things of this connichi was the panel of toru furuya, the seiyu of so many popular anime character like mamoru from sailor moon, yamchu from dragon ball and my first love - seiya from saint seiya. and he gave me a personal special gift - he sang the saint seiya opening "pegasus fantasy" for me. i was sooooooooo mega happy and i felt like the little conny who was so in love with this character :) i can' t wait to visit the next convention :)

 i really wanted this giant alpaca but 45 € was to much, especially because i bought one of this mega cute giant cat pillows :)

 mutsu, anna and me - finally we were able to spend more time together. i'm really looking forward to meet you next year in tokyo. we will rock!!! but i hope we can see us soooooooooooooon in germany :)
